We are looking for an experienced professional to join the Distribution team in Bucharest as Key Account Manager.

You are a proactive person with a positive mindset who has the ability to execute in a fast-paced international environment.

Join us to build and maintain strategic cooperation with partners, using your experience in distribution, business development and project management.

  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy
  • Manage relationship with partners
  • Negotiate the agreements with partners
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities for the portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to grow (market analysis)
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Collect, analyse and organize data for reports and manage specific databases

 

KEY SKILLS:

  • Ability to build effective business relationships
  • Drive for results, high motivation to set and fulfill challenging goals
  • Good negotiator, alone or part of a team
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • A touch of creativity in all of the above

 

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Marketing/trade marketing
  • Project management
  • International exposure

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Romanian and English, written and spoken
  • Experienced computer user
  • Driving license
