We are now looking for a new Office Manager for our Prague office. In this position you will be responsible for the office, ensuring a smooth operation and for a broad range of administrative and organizational tasks.
Your main duties will include; leading our team of receptionists, communication with our office building administration as well as suppliers of goods and services.
The ideal candidate for this role should be able to work proactively and independently, have strong problem-solving skills and be willing to help people. We are an international organisation so you will need to be comfortable using English in your daily job (spoken and written). Experience from similar or administrative position is a plus.
Our beautiful office is located in Holešovice and is the home for 60 colleagues. We offer 25 days of holiday and 6 days of Sick Leave per year. We attend English courses regularly and have our own private cinema!
